We were between a rock and a hard place with my being six months pregnant and being told that the owners of our rental home wanted to sell "ASAP". While we would have been able to stay through the remainder of our lease, we knew that would put us in a precarious position with a baby and would just cause more stress down the road if we waited to buy a home after the baby came.That first house we saw was, well, less than stellar. We had such high hopes looking at the photos online and seeing it in person was another story. Tiffani was upfront and honest with us – she highlighted things in the home that would be downsides and others things that would be flagged in a home inspection. I was impressed with her honesty and expertise the very first time we met her and the fact that she didn't just want to "sell us" on the house, but sell us the RIGHT house.From that point forward, she became more than a realtor to us. She was our home-buying coach! It never seemed like we were putting her out when we requested a home showing. Literally anytime we were available she would make it work. It was clear Tiffani had done her homework on what to look for when buying a new home and was able to give us insights on things that we would never have thought of. As first-time home buyers, this was a HUGE plus.Eventually we came across the house that would be our home. While Tiffani didn't find the house for us (we sort of stumbled on it through a random open house on a Saturday), she came as quickly as she could to walk through with us and help us point out any red flags. This was the FIRST offer we had put in on a home, and for it to be accepted under asking price right away is extremely rare in the CO housing market right now!From then on, we trusted her with our home inspection (she literally did the inspection the day before Thanksgiving, which I'm sure was a little inconvenient!) and the wheels were in motion. She was available to answer any questions we had on paperwork, and even giving advice on dealing with random problems with our landlord at the time. Our closing was a little rocky due to our closing funds check getting lost in the mail, but through it all Tiffani was our advocate even when the other realtor selling the home was, hmm, LESS than professional with her. Thankfully we were able to close on time and all was well. On a personal note, Tiffani gave us the sweetest little bundle of gifts at the closing for our baby girl as well as donated some of her personal baby girl items to us.
